2023 Hong Kong Inclusion Index Results

After the announcement of the Index results in Hong Kong, participating organisations have now received their rankings and certificates and Community Business congratulates the achievements of everyone who was involved. Before the Main Report is released in September, organisations now have the opportunity to upgrade their participation with more detailed reports or a potential 1-to-1 call with Community Business.

On 7 Jun, we hosted a cocktail reception to announce results from the 2023 Hong Kong Inclusion Index, including the Top 10 Employers, Top 3 for the Financial Services and Legal Industries and the recipients of our three new awards: Best LGBT+ Inclusion Newcomer, Most Improved LGBT+ Inclusion Champion and the Trailblazers. The event took place at the offices of our Event Sponsor Brunswick Group and it was wonderful to witness the collective commitment towards LGBT+ inclusion that so many organisations and individuals in Hong Kong are championing.

The first in-person Results Announcement since the start of the pandemic saw representatives of over 40 organisations come together to celebrate the achievements of the LGBT+ Inclusion champions that participated in this iteration of the Index. 

We were delighted to announce the Top 10 Employers in Hong Kong, The Top 3 in the Financial Services and Legal Industry and reveal which organisations achieved Gold, Silver and Bronze Standards. The recipients of these recognitions are detailed in our Index Results Infographic.

This iteration of the Index also saw the introduction of three new awards: Best LGBT+ Inclusion Newcomer, Most Improved LGBT+ Inclusion Champion and the Trailblazers. The winners of these awards and more details about the Index Results Announcement can be found in our press release.
