Description
We invite DIAN members to join us virtually for the 2024 DIAN Circles IV on Tuesday, 15 October 2024, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM (UTC+8).
DIAN Circles are interactive sessions that provide a platform for members to showcase success stories, share practical tips and advice, and draw inspiration from proven programmes and strategies. Excitingly, we're now introducing case study sharing from our members on the topic, adding a valuable dimension to our Circles. These real-life examples will be collated and shared with all DIAN member companies through our portal, promoting knowledge exchange and growth.
Between 2021 and 2022, Community Business published the research publication ‘Race and Culture - The Conversations in Asia’. Through this research we explored the issues of race and culture in the Asian context and how companies can address them within their organisations. The research focused on 6 markets in Asia: China, Hong Kong, India Japan, Philippines and Singapore.
In this DIAN Circle, we will aim to further advance the conversation around race and culture by building on the insights from our research. We invite organisations to share through case studies that demonstrate how they are advancing in addressing race ethnicity and culture within their organisations. This event will cover 5 markets which include China Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and the Philippines.
Each DIAN member can nominate two representative to participate in this event. This is your chance to connect, learn, and contribute to the conversation.
