2024 DIAN Japan Community Event II – Driving Organisational Success through DE&I

In Japan, human capital systems and organizational culture are evolving to address employee needs, demographic shifts, and global market influences. Companies must adopt innovative ways to acquire and retain talent to remain competitive in today's market.   

We invite DIAN members, Community Partners and invited guests based in Japan to join us in person for the 2024 Japan Community Event on Wednesday, 28 August 2024, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM (UTC+9),  for an engaging panel where we will discuss how HR systems have evolved to adapt to demographic shifts and the global market, highlight the importance of addressing the evolving needs of the workforce and provide actionable take aways.   

DIAN Communities are a great way to connect, collaborate and co-create DE&I solutions globally, regionally or by market. Our Communities are led by senior DIAN members in each region or market  to facilitate the sharing of best practice and amplify success stories.  

These Events present an exciting opportunity for non-DIAN members to connect with us and the network at a joining fee. We encourage DE&I professionals representing an organisation, NGO or other network to participate.   

Each DIAN member company can nominate three representatives on a first-come, first-served basis. This is your chance to connect, learn, and contribute to the conversation.
