According to the World Economic Forum’s Gender Gap Study, Japan sits at 116 out of 146 countries with a gender equality gap of 34.4% which is apparent in women in the workplace and leadership. In this session, we will explore challenges for women in the workplace, the systemic barriers to promotions and potential solutions to achieve progress within organisations.
