This is the first of Wellbeing Live seminar series for 2022, and we will explore how corporations can support employees to sustain their physical wellness. We invite Andrew Cox, Owner of Joint Dynamics and Olivia Cotes-James, Founder & CEO of LUÜNA naturals to learn emerging themes in physical wellbeing and discuss how we can relate these to workplace setting.
Session 1. Movement As Medicine in Ageing & Longevity

Movement is the right medicine for every stage of life but not many of us understand its essential role in well-ageing and longevity. With two experts from Joint Dynamics, HK’s multidisciplinary practice combining training & physiotherapy, we will learn what the ageing process looks like for different age/gender groups and how to identify the right exercises with a science-based approach to maintaining our physical health.
Session 2. Menstrual Health in the Workplace
2:00pm to 3:00pm (UTC+8)
Talking about menstrual health is hard and it gets harder at work. With Olivia who is avid about addressing and tackling social stigmas around menstrual health, we will discuss what the common barriers are in the workplace to open up conversation on this topic. Also, we will explore how to increase awareness on menstrual health and create a more supportive workplace environment as colleagues, people leaders, and HR professionals.
