A trusted coach to organisations, her expertise in cross-cultural effectiveness, Asian talent and the “bamboo ceiling” comes from 24 years of experience with a variety of sectors, including financial services, technology, consumer products, healthcare, and media. She helps organisations leverage diverse teams to drive competitive value and has held management posts at JPMorgan and Deloitte.
Jane holds a degree in Economics/International Studies from Cornell University and is an advisor to the Center for Talent Innovation. She led the research for The Conference Board’s culture and leadership study in China.
Jane appears on media outlets such as CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal, HBS WorkingKnowledge and Forbes to discuss leadership and diversity. She is the author of the groundbreaking bestseller, Breaking the Bamboo Ceiling, and is the co-author of Flex: The New Playbook for Managing Across Differences.
