Overview
Philippine Financial Industry Pride (PFIP) is a collaborative, voluntary, and non-profit community of practice composed of dedicated representatives from LGBT+ Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) or Human Resource / Diversity teams of the financial services industry. PFIP aims to foster an industry that is safe and inclusive for LGBT+. The Pride Summit 2018, is a full-day conference organized by the Philippine Financial Industry Pride (PFIP), supported by the Australian-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (ANZCham).
Fern Ngai, CEO Community Business spoke during two sessions at PFIP:

Tina Arcilla, Senior Manager - DIAN at Communtiy Busines led a breakout session entitled 'the Power of Employee Network Experiences in Asia'.
