The State of Work-Life Balance in Hong Kong 2008 Survey
This report summarises important findings from the 2008 Survey and seeks to highlight significant differences from the 2007 Survey. Using a consistent methodology year on year, it srives to assess the extent to which the state of work-life balance is improving in Hong Kong by determining the following:
• employees’ work and living patterns;
• employees’ satisfaction with work and life; and
• problems employees face in achieving a healthy work-life balance and their desired solutions to overcome such challenges.
