With more companies in Asia recognising the role of mentoring in their talent management and diversity strategies, there has been a growing interest in this topic. This study, which provides a summary of a facilitated discussion that took place at Community Business’ flagship event – the Diversity & Inclusion in Asia 2008 Conference, provides valuable insight into experiences in Asia.
