Adopting an Asian Lens to Talent Development – A Singapore Study

This study was conducted by Community Business and Aperian Global, in partnership with Tripartite Alliance for Fair Employment Practices in Singapore as part of the ongoing efforts to help employers adopt fair and inclusive employment practices. Leveraging on Community Business' knowledge capital from its previous research "Adopting an Asian Lens to Talent Development" which focused on China, Hong Kong and India, this research was extended to include Singapore. it highlights the pitfalls for business of unfounded assumptions and bias which can lead to overlooking key talent in the pipeline. It also recommends organisations to take steps to ensure Singaporean talent is not overlooked in the leadership pipeline.
