Overview
The masterclass was organised by Common Purpose Hong Kong for young social purpose leaders and innovators in Hong Kong and China to share their leadership journey and stories. Our CEO, Fern Ngai was invited to speak as a contributor on how to build a successful non-profit organisation and give advice to participants on some potential challenges including: developing a vision for the organisation, fostering a community, finding a new operating model, building up a new organisation, upgrading existing service, making a social enterprise sustainable etc.
