2019 DIAN India Meeting 3

DIAN India Virtual Meetings are held twice a year for members only. Engaging drawcard speakers, they are designed to:

• Bring a fresh perspective to the discussion of diversity and inclusion
• Provide thought leadership that is applicable to the Asian context
• Inspire D&I professionals in their role as change agents
• Provide practical takeaways (eg framework for action)

Objectives of the session:

• Sharing a fresh, new perspective on leadership and the changing skills required
• Highlight key findings from the book, applying insights and learnings both to the D&I context and the broader corporate context in India.
