Day 1:
Re-examining Local Talent & Culture
Tuesday, 12 November 2019 (9 am – 5 pm)
Arguably one of the most complex D&I topics in Asia, we revisit our earlier studies on “local talent” in Asia and expand our appreciation and approach. We will explore ongoing barriers to and successful strategies to support the progression of local talent; deepen our understanding of intra-Asian dynamics; and embrace the shift in focus from cultural intelligence to cultural agility, in these particularly challenging times.
Day 2:
Aligning D&I and the Business
Wednesday, 13 November 2019 (9 am – 5:30 pm)
With limited D&I resource to serve this vast region, D&I Councils and ERGs are critical to embedding a culture of inclusion. Yet a level of scepticism is also emerging. We debate the issues with a view to uncovering new insights on how to leverage to ensure such structures support, rather than undermine, core business and D&I goals.
