Beyond Demographic Diversity - The Importance of Cognitive Diversity
As D&I folks we focus on ensuring demographic diversity- like gender, culture, sexual orientation, and other attributes, right, but to what extent are we expecting this diverse talent to adopt the same thinking and working styles that form our corporate culture. In this session, we will focus on the importance of cognitive diversity and explore ways in which we can unleash and nurture the power of diversity of thought in our organisations.
Session 2 (4:00-5:30pm)
This is me in India Forum
It is open to all members of the DIAN India Network looking to embrace mental health in the workplace and beyond. The Forum discussion takes place as part of DIAN India meetings (4pm – 5.30pm). Each meeting has a standard agenda structured around:
- This is Me in India Storytelling – A Programme Update/ progress at every meeting.
- Embracing Mental Health in the Workplace in India – Some of the other Initiatives that organizations can leverage
- Driving Mental Health Strategy Forward – Insights from Peer and Best Practice Sharing.
