Andrew Cox

Andrew is a trainer, lifestyle coach and educator in the health and fitness industry who is leading the charge towards a shift from reactive health to proactive health by working comprehensively with individuals, teams and corporations on health, performance and productivity. He is a regular on Radio, and a contributor to publications internationally in his area of expertise.
Andrew has extensive credentials and experience in training, strength and conditioning, swimming and wellness coaching.

Dimuthu de Silva

Director of DE&I, Community Business
Dimuthu de Silva is the Senior Manager, Consulting & Training at Community Business. He is responsible for consulting, training design and delivery, client relationship management and the daily operations of the C&T team. Prior to joining Community Business, Dimuthu was a consultant in Learning & Development and HR, with over twelve years in banking, financial technology, KPO and BPO, hotels & tourism and education industries. He has experience in end-to-end learning design and delivery, HR systems delivery, general consultancy and policy development around people, culture and organisational development. He is also an active researcher of social inclusion, representation and participation of marginalised communities and speaks at conferences and forums frequently. Dimuthu was born and raised in Sri Lanka and completed his higher education in Malaysia. He has worked in Sri Lanka and the South Asian and APAC region on assignments. Dimuthu has an MBA in International Business from Anglia Ruskin University, MSc in International Development Management from University of Nottingham and is a certified TESOL/TEFL trainer. He is also an accredited DiSC trainer from Wiley and Sons, USA. Dimuthu is fluent in English and Sinhala.

The Harmonics Choir Hong Kong is an LGBTQIA+ & Allies choir that aspires to support the community, celebrate differences and foster acceptance throughout Hong Kong with music and performance.

The Harmonics Choir Hong Kong aims to embrace this diversity and welcome everyone who has a passion for music, regardless of their race, national or ethic origin, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion or belief system. They wish to foster a family atmosphere of support, compassion and respect where everyone can express their individuality and views. They value every members contributions, allowing for growth, creativity and development, both with them and the world at large.

Working alone and in partnership with other organisations that share our values, they seek to break down the barriers of prejudice and ignorance. By blending their instruments and voices, we hope to build a better life for ourselves, their peers and society as a whole.

Janelle Mims

Senior Programme Manager, DIAN, Community Business
Janelle Mims is the Senior Programme Manager of DIAN at Community Business. She is responsible for the strategy, design and delivery of events, written content and other programming that align the priorities and needs of our DIAN members.
Janelle comes from a background in learning & development in the hospitality industry beginning in the US and continuing in Hong Kong. Prior to Community Business she was the Director of Talent & Performance for a lifestyle concierge service; her passion for people and the overall employee experience allowed her to contribute to several employee wellness programs as well as help launch their global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion council and several regional initiatives.
Janelle holds bachelor’s degrees in Mass Communications with a focus on Electronic Media, and Theatre Performance. She is native in English, and intermediate in Spanish. She uses she/her/hers.

Vivek Mahbubani
Stand-up Comedian
Vivek Mahbubani is a Hong Kong-bred bilingual stand-up comedian performing in both Cantonese and English.
Having been crowned the Funniest Person (in Chinese) in Hong Kong in 2007 followed by his victory in the English category at the Hong Kong International Comedy Competition in 2008, Vivek has had the opportunity to take his sense of humor all over the world.
Having been ranked as the top comedian in Hong Kong, in 2014, the World Famous Laugh Factory in USA ranked Vivek as one of the top 10 comedians in their Annual Funniest Person in the World Competition.
In 2015, he was handpicked as one of the comedians to represent Asia’s best in Melbourne International Comedy Festival’s inaugural “Comedy Zone Asia” shows.
In 2016, he was featured in Comedy Central’s first ever “Stand up Asia!” shows.
When Covid-19 hit in 2020, Vivek adapted his comedy to the virtual world and managed to make people laugh even within the confines of an online video meeting.
