Community Business is excited to celebrate the success of the 34 participating companies of the 2023 Hong Kong LGBT+ Inclusion Index. Join us to recognise the efforts of those involved in making the Index possible and to announce the recipients of Gold, Silver and Bronze Standards, Top Ten Employers, and the Top Rankings by Industry.
This year we have also introduced two new categories: Most Improved LGBT+ Inclusion Champion and Best LGBT+ Inclusion Newcomer. In addition, we would also like to recognise companies which have attained Gold Standard for consecutive iterations since 2015, honouring their ongoing commitment towards workplace LGBT+ inclusion.
Our cocktail reception on Wed 7 Jun 2023 will highlight the trends and developments of LGBT+ Inclusion among participating companies of the LGBT+ Inclusion Index. We will also explore their achievements and efforts towards tackling workplace inequality for LGBT+ employees over the assessment period of the last two years.
We encourage those from participating organisations, Pride chairs, DE&I/HR professionals, Pride Executive Sponsors, LGBT+ opinion leaders and representatives from NGOs and Community Business’ supporters to attend this event.
