In this fast-moving environment, it can be a struggle to balance changing performance expectations. People are the lynchpin of a business’ sustainability and inclusive leaders are key to activating diverse talent and sustaining the change management process.

As we examine the competencies leaders need to develop for today and for the future, we consider:

• How do we overcome biases around what “global leadership” looks like?
• How can we develop local Asian leaders for regional and global roles?
• How can leaders inspire and engage their people to create a more open, agile and networked culture that powers performance?
