Gender Pay Gap has been under discussion for many years. While Organisations have made genuine efforts towards bridging the disparity, research indicates that the issue still needs addressing in the workplace in India.
This DIAN circle will focus on the disparity across the women’s Employee Life Cycle. It will address the systemic issues like the choice of job profile, career breaks and cultural constraints.
The HR and DE&I leaders in the session will discuss the factors influencing the current gender pay gaps and the strategy-based approach to over come it.
