Description
Disability Equality Training (DET) is a dynamic, highly participatory and interactive approach to stimulating attitudinal change towards disability inclusion. Developed in Ireland in the early 1990s, DET is now used by many UN agencies, MNCs and others organisations throughout the world.
At the end of this DET workshop participants will have greater competence, confidence and commitment to disability equality, and to working with people with disabilities, particularly in China.

Haibin Zhou
Co-Founder and CEO, Easy Inclusion
Easy Inclusion Consulting is a standards-based disability, diversity and equality professional, with extensive experiences of working in China. Areas of expertise include legal and policy advocacy and development, particularly in disability and equality issues. Easy Inclusion have extensive experience in devising and delivering disability equality training, as well as designing and implementing disability inclusion in mainstream organisations. The team are familiar with international human rights bodies, particularly in the areas of business and human right laws. Haibin is the Founder of Easy Inclusion. Over the last few years, he has worked with the International Labour Office in China as National Programme Manager, and coordinated the ILO Global Business and Disability Network in China.
