Description
More and more millennials are taking up leadership positions due to their innovation and digital savviness. Many however are faced with challenges when leading a multi-generation team, with many of their teammates being older and often more experienced.
This workshop helps both millennial leaders and HR professionals to adopt the right leadership mindset and skillset to better lead baby boomers, Gen X and the coming iGen, all of whom have different workplace attitudes and expectations of their leaders.
This interactive workshop will use case studies, mobile polling and small group discussion to explore cross-generational leadership within the Hong Kong context.
