Stephanie Luo
Chief of Creativity, Luxe Nova
Stephanie is an executive coach and leadership development consultant. She has over 20 years of commercial experience and previously worked as an English-qualified solicitor with renowned international law firms and banks in London and Hong Kong. She left her legal and banking profession to focus on leadership development consultancy and executive coaching practice.
She is a firm campaigner in incorporating mindfulness as a leadership practice and raising awareness for the impact of authentic leadership and corporate wellbeing.
She also works as Board Director and Workshop Facilitator with Dialogue Experience, a Hong Kong based social enterprise that provides impactful experiential learning workshops including the Dialogue-in-the-Dark workshop and Dialogue-in-Silence workshops.
