Description
Specifically designed to prepare companies for the 2018/19 iteration of the Hong Kong LGBT+ Inclusion Index, Community Business is conducting a series of 4 workshops from November 2017 to June 2018 in Hong Kong. Each of these 3-hour sessions will focus on different categories in the Index, highlighting what best practice looks like, facilitating sharing between companies and providing a forum for seeking advice.
This workshop will start with the fundamentals and explore what a good equal opportunity and anti-discrimination policy looks like to ensure an inclusive environment for LGBT+ employees. In addition, the workshop will look at what benefits companies can provide LGBT+ employees, showcasing leading examples.
