Built on the sucess of the pilot project - Race for Mentors - in 2004, Creid Suisse sponsored us again for a case study of a company's emplyees mentoring youth from ethnic minorities from a local government school. This report measures and evaluates the impact of Race for Mentors on Credit Suisse, its employees and
