The State of Work-Life Balance in Hong Kong 2012 Survey
While there have been some improvements in employee’s attitudes and experience of work-life balance, on the whole progress remains painstakingly slow, despite Community Business' good work in this area. This year’s survey explores the work-life culture in Hong Kong, examines the role of technology in shaping this culture, provides a better understanding of the business case for work-life balance and provision vs effectiveness of work-life initiatives provided by companies in Hong Kong, and seeks to identify the responsibility for improving the state of work-life balance in Hong Kong.
