Senior Programme Manager, LGBT+ at Community Business
Scot is Senior Programme Manager, LGBT+ based in Hong Kong. He is mainly responsible for the development, implementation and management of the LGBT+ Mentoring Programme. Prior to joining Community Business, Scot worked as Diversity & Inclusion Advisor and volunteered for two NGO’s in Hong Kong focused on social justice and gender equality.
Prior to relocating to Hong Kong in 2015, Scot had over 20 years of HR Generalist experience in the US and Canada. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Psychology and is native in English. He uses He/Him/His/Himself pronouns.
