This workshop is part of the DIAN Week 2020 programme, and is for DIAN members only.
Whilst a lot of emphasis has been placed on having “difficult” or “challenging” conversations, there are many different types of conversations leaders and people managers ought to be having. This interactive, scenario-based session focuses on practical tips on how to have inclusive interactions for six different types of conversations in both one-on-one and group / team meeting situations: Aspiration, Balance, Confiding, Discussion, Encouragement, and Feedback.
