Description
“The quality of everything we do depends on the quality of thinking we do first.”
This interactive workshop brings you components of a thinking environment and practical tools to help you drive positive change in your organisation.
What is a Thinking Environment®?
A Thinking Environment® is a discovery of ten components or behaviours that create the conditions for us to think well for ourselves, as ourselves. The ten components are: attention, equality, ease, appreciation, feelings, encouragement, information, diversity/difference, incisive questions and place.
The Thinking Environment® is the copyright of Nancy Kline and Time to Think.
Key Takeaways:
- Experience the 10 components of the Thinking Environment® and the application of Thinking Pairs in exploring clear and independent thinking
- Learn about the place of assumptions in the creation and maintenance of our identities
- Gain insights on creating workplaces that welcome divergent thinking and diverse group identities because diversity enhances thinking
- Explore ways to remove the blocks in our thinking and to pride in our diversity, so that we can think together—all of us—as ourselves
