Description

On 12 Oct, Community Business launched the 2021 Hong Kong LGBT+ Inclusion Index Report - Maintaining Momentum, presenting consolidated findings from the 4th iteration of the Index.

Furthering Community Business’ goal to promote best practices and drive progress on LGBT+ inclusion, we now invite you to join the first workshop in the Maintaining Momentum: Post-Index Best Practice Workshop Series which will be held from January to April 2022.

At this 90-minute virtual workshop, we will explore Category 8: Measurement, the category with weakest performance in the 2021 Index, in an expert presentation followed by a panel discussion and Q&A.

Our panelists, whose companies have been successful in their efforts in Hong Kong, as well as those who have just started LGBT+ inclusion efforts, will share their challenges and triumphs in incorporating inclusive measurements.

The event is catered to both veterans wishing to better their practice and newcomers hoping to kickstart their journey, whether they have participated in the Hong Kong LGBT+ Inclusion Index or not.
