LGBT+ inclusion has seen much progress in past years. However, from the spectrum, Transgender inclusion is still in a nascent stage. Companies are yet exploring ways to recruit and retain this talent pool. In this DIAN India Meeting, we will deep dive into the topic and understand the opportunities and challenges for Trans professionals. The meeting will also explore the roles of the stakeholders in creating a Trans inclusive work environment.
