In line with the 2024 International Women's Day Theme #InspireInclusion, we are excited to be hosting a panel discussion on Economic Equality: Promoting Financial Inclusion for Women.
Attend this session to learn about the intersectionality of Financial Inclusion and Gender Equality from an Asian perspective, where our panel of experts will explore current challenges in Asia, successful initiatives, policy recommendations and leveraging technology for financial empowerment.

Sisi is currently a member of the Advisory Group for Carer Policy and Service Development of The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, member of the Advisory Board for Master of Social Sciences in Comparative Social Policy (International) of Lingnan University and an Executive Committee member of the Gender Research Centre of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Tynna Mendoza

Prior to coming to Hong Kong, Tynna worked with the Human Rights Commission of the Philippines which helped shape her interest in women’s empowerment and was the platform that helped her embark on a development career. Keen on complementing experience with deeper knowledge, Tynna secured a master’s degree in Women and Development Studies from the University of the Philippines in Diliman. Having worked in organisations at grassroots and national levels, her most meaningful role is mother and role model to a young daughter and partner to a spouse who shares, among many things, a daily and sustaining commitment to service, family and music.
