Programme Associate
Community Business, the leading organisation committed to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) in companies across Asia, is looking for a Programme Associate. This is a full-time role, based in our India office, reporting to Senior Manager, Consulting & Training. This role contributes to the development and execution of Community Business’ programmes, campaigns as well as pioneering research projects, and maintaining our position as a thought leader.
What You’ll Do:
This role will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
Consulting & Training
-
Assist in the design, development and delivery of Community Business’ consulting and training projects.

Developing content expertise to build credibility as a subject matter expert.

Contribute to the implementation of strategy and the preparation of training materials, toolkits, conversation guides, and other consulting products.

Planning, executing, and supporting launches, media briefings, events, workshops and seminars.

Support the team in converting clients’ requirements into deliverable content and ensuring learning outcomes are met.

Collate post-training feedback and contribute to the review process to improve training execution, programme content, participant engagement and delivery methods.
Research & Thought Leadership

Project management.

Collaborating with research team in conducting background research, benchmarking with other markets, proposing ideas, and providing administrative support to research and analysis process.

Supporting and collaborating on video content creation and management.

Networking and building relationships with key partners in the field locally, regionally and internationally.
Relationship Management
-
Communicate proactively with programme teams and clients to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across CB functions.

Serve as the first point of contact for new business and client engagements.

Ensure consistency among teams and make recommendations on the best practice around client relationship management approach.

Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.

Network with companies to promote CBL’s work.
Administration
-
Providing administrative support to the team.

Drafting of newsletters and communications.

Engaging with and coordination of various parties including clients, other teams, partners, and vendors.

Updating and maintaining key client databases to ensure relationship tracking.

Assist in other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
What You Bring:
Basic Requirements
-
Passion and familiarity with DE&I especially in the Indian corporate context.

Good organisational, project and event management skills, with the ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and different priorities concurrently

Strong English language & facilitation skills - both written and verbal

Confidence to communicate and interact with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

A good team player who enjoys working in a multicultural working environment.

Creative-thinking and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, with ability to work independently.

Open to learning and developing new skills.

Proficiency in various tools and platforms for effective online delivery (Zoom, Miro, etc.) as well as usage of software especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Requirements
-
Relevant qualification, certification or courses in DE&I, HR or related fields.
-
Experience in public speaking and delivering presentations would be an advantage.

Experience in DE&I Programs that may include involvement in corporate diversity initiatives, employee networks, or social impact projects.
