Description

Inclusion is a business imperative for many global organizations, but how can we continue to do our part to make it ‘real?’ The answer to this question lies in our daily interactions in meetings, the culture we create on our teams, the extent to which we actively in engage in fostering inclusion not only in the workplace, but also in our communities. The evolution of the global workplace and marketplace can make leading inclusively much easier said than done.

This session will explore specific steps that leaders can take daily to continue to foster inclusion in the global context. It will examine the role of self-understanding and barriers, like unconscious bias, that can impede our strides towards inclusion, and explore the implications of today’s global landscape on diversity and inclusion work. The session will provide skills for engaging in Bold, Inclusive Conversations™ on topics that impact the workplace and beyond.

Leaders will leave this session with a better understanding of what transformative inclusive leadership looks like in action, and their role in making it happen.
