2019 Gender Diversity Benchmark for Asia
Community Business has been compiling its flagship study, the Gender Diversity Benchmark for Asia (GDBA) since 2009, with updates published in 2011 and 2014. Widely referenced, to date these studies have benchmarked the representation of women in multinational companies operating in Asia – and specifically the markets of China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore. The data has been supplied by companies choosing to participate in our benchmark exercise.
In 2019, thanks to the partnership with Willis Towers Watson, we are taking this benchmark study to a new level – firmly establishing its position as the definitive gender diversity benchmark study for companies operating in Asia. Leveraging data from Willis Towers Watson’s 2018 Global Data Services Compensation & Benefits Survey Data, we have access to more markets, more companies and more datapoints – facilitating a deeper level of analysis than ever before.
