In a study by the UN (2018) it stated that 30% of the LGBT + individuals in the Philippines reported being harassed, bullied, or discriminated against at their workplace and 21 % reported being denied a job because of their sexual orientation. LGBT+ individuals are still at risk with the SOGIE Bill yet to be passed in Senate. In this session, we will discuss best practices on how companies ensure inclusion and belonging in the workplace for LGBT + individuals.
