  • The Power of Storytelling: A look at the positive impact sharing stories can have on opening up conversation and challenging the stigma around mental health.
  • Corporate Panel: A sharing by 2-3 companies of their experience of running a This is Me storytelling programme, with a focus on critical success factors.
  • Get Involved: Guidance on how to get started and resources available to support you.

Inderpreet Kaur

Head of Human Resources (HR) India, Credit Suisse

Inderpreet Kaur heads HR for Credit Suisse India. She joined Credit Suisse in December 2019 and has actively supported initiatives to further the bank’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. Inderpreet is an HR professional with more than two decades of experience in industries such as banking, technology, and back operations within large MNC environments.

Prior to Credit Suisse, she was with Royal Bank of Scotland for 17 years. Inderpreet has worked in a variety of HR roles, including leading Centers of Expertise in areas such as Employee Relations and Change Management, and is certified in Coaching Mastery.

She has led large HR initiatives related to business and technology transformations and has led HR policy agenda changes to ensure inclusivity and gender neutrality. She was part of the core group for the Industry forum Women in Technology, promoting careers in STEM fields for women across different phases of life i.e., young girls entering school and colleges to women wanting to return to the corporate world after a career break.

Leandra Mendonsa

Director and Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, BNY Mellon India

Leandra Mendonsa leads the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion function across BNY Mellon entities in India. She reports directly to the Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and is a member of the BNY Mellon India Executive Committee. She also chairs the D&I Council, comprising of senior leaders across Operations and Technology and members of the HR Leadership and has played an instrumental role in launching five Employee / Business Resource Groups at BNY Mellon India.

In her role, Leandra provides broad-based support and thought leadership on regional as well as global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and execution. She works closely with the HR teams and serves as the DEI liaison with Management teams across all business units to ensure that diversity agendas are successfully implemented and in line with businesses objectives. She is also responsible for measuring and monitoring workforce representation, developing new programs and practices that effectively increase diversity, and providing support to various groups within the organization to sensitize and to enhance employee understanding on inclusions issues.

Leandra has been with the company since 2007, and her previous responsibilities also included leading the CSR and Philanthropic agenda for BNY Mellon India Operations.

Rajesh Thiruvottkandy (TK)

Head of Group Technology Service Management, India

TK has close to 30 years of experience in the IT Industry and has been with Barclays for about 12 years. In his current role as Head of GTSM India, he is responsible for driving the GTSM strategy in India, and aligning all of our permanent and vendor partner staff to a common operating model, establishing best practices, bringing in efficiencies and focus on improving production stability.

TK is also the APAC Co-Chair for REACH, a colleague Network in Barclays focused on the Agenda of Disability and Mental Health

Shankarnarayan Bhat

Senior Director Engineering, Intel Technologies

Shankar is a passionate leader with 20+ years of experience in semiconductor design and testing. Along with technical leadership, he is playing a key role in driving people forums in the HSPE business unit of Intel India. He is leading people development efforts in terms of  Training, Work-Life Balance, Recognition, Inclusion, Mental Wellness, and Great Place to work.
