Diversity Priorities in Asia: Challenges and Ways to Impact Change

This report is a summary of the facilitated discussion that took place at the Diversity & Inclusion in Asia 2007 Conference. Delegates were invited to review four case studies on gender, culture, generation and disability and identify the issue that was most pertinent to their organisation in Asia. The report summarises what delegates saw as the key challenges in each of these areas and key actions companies can take to impact change.
